The Slalom Run is a fabulous agility, upper body, proprioceptive, fitness activity that is perfect for any age group.

If you want to bring your dog and your kids to the playground, they’ll all have great fun with this very simple, inexpensive playground feature (you often see a Slalom Run on dog training courses)!

This could not be a more simple and affordable, yet effective, play element.

The faster the kids try running through the slalom posts, the more quickly they have to twist their bodies, plant their outside foot, and change their momentum, so they can scrape by the posts while remaining upright and in a forward motion.

Whew!!

It’s a very simple activity, yet challenging in many, many ways.

These 6 posts are cut with top caps so the tops are not standing surfaces, they’re treated with child friendly preservative so the bottoms can be easily set into a hole in the ground (there’s a ground line marked on each post), and they come with complete installation instructions so you can space them exactly right.
